We do not currently deliver to other countries. Prices on the site are shown in the currency of the country you ship to; you can change it with the Ship to setting in the menu.
How long it takes
- Dispatch: 2–4 business days after you order.
- Australia: usually 2–6 business days after dispatch.
- Everywhere else: usually 6–14 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates, not guarantees. When your parcel leaves, we email you the tracking number. If your order has not arrived 20 business days after dispatch, write to us and we will trace it with the carrier and, if it is lost, send a replacement or refund you in full.
Customs, duties and taxes
Australia: prices include 10% GST, shown as a separate line at checkout and on your tax invoice.
Everywhere else: your order is exported from Australia, so no Australian GST is charged. Your country may charge import VAT, customs duty or a handling fee when the parcel arrives. These charges are not included in our prices or delivery cost and are paid by the recipient to the carrier or customs. How much depends on your country’s rules and the value of the order.
If you refuse a parcel because of import charges, we refund the items once the parcel is back with us, but not the delivery cost.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
Check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged, wrong or missing, email support@curvellaa.shop with your order number and a photo. We put it right at no cost to you; see Returns & refunds. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered.
