This notice tells you, at the point we collect it, what personal information we collect when you shop with CURVELLAA and what happens to it (Australian Privacy Principle 5).

Who is collecting it

PEPPERMAYO PTY LTD (ABN 71 159 978 800), trading online as CURVELLAA, NSW 2010, Australia. Contact: support@curvellaa.shop, +61 492 683 384.

What we collect and why

At checkout we collect your name, email, delivery and billing address and, if you choose, your phone number, so that we can process, deliver and support your order. Name, email and address are required: without them we cannot complete the order. The phone number is optional and only used by us or the carrier about your delivery.

Who we give it to

Our payment provider (Stripe or PayPal), the carrier that delivers your parcel, and Hostinger, who hosts the shop and our mailbox. Some of them process information outside Australia, including in the United States, the EU and the UK, and in the country you ship to.

Your choices

You can ask to see or correct your information at any time, and complain if you think we have handled it wrongly. How, and how to complain to the OAIC, is explained in our Privacy Policy.
