The pieces
What does Closed, Airy or Open mean?
It is how see-through the stitch is. Closed: dense stitch, not see-through. Airy: small gaps between the stitches, skin shows at close range. Open: lace or mesh, see-through by design. Every product page shows the grade and says what to wear underneath, and where a lining starts and stops.
Are the pieces lined?
Some are. The Shell Midi Dress and Shell Midi Skirt are lined to mid-thigh; the Pineapple Maxi Dress and Pineapple Maxi Skirt to the knee; the Granny Square Mini Skirt is fully lined. Bags marked fabric-lined have a lining in a matching colour. Everything else is unlined, and the product page says so.
What is it made of?
Every piece is crocheted from the same cotton yarn, in Milk, Terracotta or Olive. Bag linings are fabric in a matching colour.
Do the colours match across pieces?
Yes. A Terracotta top is the same yarn and colour as a Terracotta skirt, bag and hair scarf. That is the idea behind our one-thread looks.
Is the swimwear in the photos included?
No. Only the piece named on the product page is included. Swimwear, underlayers, other clothes, shoes and props in the photos are not sold here.
How do I wash crochet?
Hand wash cold with a mild detergent, press the water out in a towel, reshape and dry flat in the shade. Do not tumble dry or hang it wet, and store it folded. Bags: spot clean with a damp cloth.
Which size should I choose?
Use the size guide. Between two sizes, take the smaller for a close fit and the larger for a relaxed one.
Orders and payment
Which currency will I pay in?
The currency of the country you ship to: USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, DKK, SEK, NOK, CHF or AUD. Prices show the currency code next to the amount. Change the country with Ship to in the menu.
How can I pay?
With the methods shown at checkout. Card payments run through our payment provider over an encrypted connection; we never see your full card number. Your statement shows CURVELLAA.
Do you have discount codes?
No. We do not run discount codes or countdown sales; the price you see is the price.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us straight away. If it has not been dispatched, we change or cancel it and refund in full.
Delivery and returns
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 2–4 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–6 business days in Australia and 6–14 business days elsewhere. See Delivery.
Will I pay import duties?
Outside Australia, your country may charge import VAT or duty on arrival. These are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient. Australian orders include GST.
Can I return something?
Yes: unworn pieces within 30 days of delivery. EU, UK, Norway and EEA customers also have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, and faulty items are covered by the Australian Consumer Law wherever you live. See Returns & refunds.
